While in London, the founders will work with 100x’s delivery partners and community of Multiplier mentors and experts to develop and hone their scaling and impact measurement strategies whilst developing their approach to leadership and wellbeing alongside their peers.

This week, 100x Impact Accelerator welcomes its second cohort of impact-first ventures at the London School of Economics (LSE). The group of visionary founders are coming together to kickstart a 12-week accelerator programme. While in London, the founders will work with 100x’s delivery partners and community of Multiplier mentors and experts to develop and hone their scaling and impact measurement strategies whilst developing their approach to leadership and wellbeing alongside their peers.

This high-calibre group of social ventures hailing from Uganda, Rwanda and India are tackling some of the world’s most pressing issues, from access to healthcare to financial inclusion and are poised to unlock better outcomes for individuals at scale. Chancen International is providing a financing solution aimed at empowering low-income youths to access higher education in Africa; Intelehealth is offering AI-powered diagnostic and telemedicine in emerging markets; OneDay Health is providing consistent, high-quality primary healthcare services in remote areas across Uganda; and Wysa’s AI-powered chatbot is making mental health support accessible across the globe.

Nell Lemaistre, 100x’s Head of Programme, said: “We are pleased to welcome yet another exceptional group of founders to our programme. With each cohort, we are not only growing our programme but also our community and are hoping to spark meaningful connections amongst this growing group of visionary entrepreneurs committed to driving positive impact at scale.

“The programme aims to pull together resources and expertise that will strengthen the ventures’ strategies for scale and help create solid and effective networks for them to not only share and learn but also raise the necessary funding to realise their plans.”

Over the course of 12 weeks, the ventures will evolve and test their strategies through facilitated workshops, expert support, and peer-to-peer learning. Each venture will also work with a curated group of dedicated Multipliers, mentors and experts with deep sector expertise to gain insights, test new solutions and grow their networks. This journey will culminate in an end-of-year celebration event: Summit Day, where the cohort will showcase their innovative solutions to a powerful community of supporters, experts, potential partners and impact-first funders.

Batya Blankers, CEO and co-founder of Chancen International, said: “Being part of the programme is a huge opportunity for us to position our organisation for scale and grow our network of advisors and champions. We look forward to collaborating with industry experts and fellow change makers to go from serving 4000 excluded youth to reaching millions ensuring youth exponentially increase their lifetime income.”

Neha Verma, CEO and co-founder of Intelehealth, said: “Participating in 100x’s programme is a pivotal step in our journey, and we are ready to leverage the programme’s resources and expertise to scale our solution of using Next-gen powered healthcare to achieve equitable access to quality medical care for underserved communities.”
