Becoming an Mentor

100x Mentors are wholly invested in the founders’ impact scaling journey and in it for the long-run. They wear many hats – strategic advisor, coach, connector, friend – and are both creative and adaptive in how they support the founder.

This is as much a personal as it is a professional support role, which is why 100x will place particular emphasis on curating the right match and ensuring there is sufficient personal chemistry between the two before scaling the mentorship beyond the 12-week programme.

Best for

  • Exceptional individuals with minimum 7 years of experience as leaders, including but not limited to founders of scaled impact ventures, industry leaders with a passion for impact and policy-makers/influencers

Commitment

  • 4-6hrs, over the 12-week programme
  • Minimum 12 months of continued mentorship beyond the programme if strong founder-mentor fit is achieved
